2. License:

Our website http://www.netbizjobs.com grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the membership area sold through our website in accordance with these terms and conditions (the license) issued by us.

• Unauthorized use:
  You should not redistribute or resale your membership area to other without prior written consent from us.

• Assign ability:
  You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your work to anyone else without prior written consent from us.

3. Working Terms & Conditions:

• You should give the ad title description and website name clearly. We will reject the link in case if you fail to enter the ad details properly given by us.

• We will be providing the training for posting in classifieds through demo/franchise and we are not responsible if you are not able to understand the work by seeing the demo. You have to follow the instruction accordingly to the demo and you have done the work accordingly to the demo.

• We will give demo for only one classifieds whereas you have to understand the concept and you have to post in other classifieds. Sometimes the classifieds will be entirely different from the one which is display in demo. You have to register in classifieds if it asks for registration.

• You may get the information link or Ad link immediately after posting or may through email. Sometimes you can get it after 24 hours or later. We are not responsible in case if you miss the confirmation link or Ad link from classifieds websites since we don't have any relation with any classifieds.

• While submitting the link in your report you have give the proper Ad reference number. Links submitted with wrong Ad reference number will be deleted.

• In a single classified you can post the Ad only for one time and you should give a gap of 30 days to post again in same classifieds. Since while posting ads in each classifieds they will record your IP address. Some classifieds will allow single posting from a single IP. So to generalize for all classifieds and to protect our advertiser you cannot post even the different Ad content in same classifieds for 30 days. You can post in that same classifieds after 30 days.

• We will provide only few classified websites. Whereas you should search in Google to get more classifieds. We are not responsible if you are not able to search more classifieds website.

• The minimum link amount and minimum payment threshold will vary from time to time.

• You should not out source your work to neither other individuals nor a term to get results. In case if we find that we will terminate your account without any re fund.

• Your Ad Posting Account will be terminated in the below mentioned cases:
  If you do not send us at least 1 assignment for 3 consecutive months.
  If we find that you have reported the link of the previous month's ad posted or which is already reported previously, then your account will be terminated. Only the current month posted ad links should be reported.
  If you are posting Ads on auto traffic, auto surf and auto click generating websites.
  If you are altering and pasting the Ad matters without intimating us or without our permission.
  If you are violating any of our company rules and regulation.

• In case we found you are using some software (other than one provided by us), or manipulating details, or altering Ad matter or doing any harmful/illegal activities that can generate more money then your membership ID will be immediately terminated without any prior notice.

• Ad Posted Report should be sent before last date of every month. No other dates will be considered.

• Membership ID is not transferable in any circumstances.

• Do not paste 10+ duplication other wise your report is rejected.

• Assignment less then 50% will be rejected.

• You will be given 10 cent for each successful ad, if you complete your full assignment. And if your assignment is between 50% to 99% then it will charge 5 cent per ad.

• Report of a month can not be carry forward for the next month.

• Report should be only sent on Email ID provided by the company not on any other Email ID. If sent to any other Email ID Company will not take responsibility for those reports.

• If report received not opening correctly then we will notify you and you should send the same within three working days, Otherwise will not be accepted later.

• Ads wrongly posted will not be considered and no payment will be made for the same.

• Payments will be calculated for valid ad posting only.

• Working date starts from 3rd to Last date of every month.

• Members must provide correct bank details like account name and account number with postal address of the branch and branch Code. Company will not be responsible for payment in case of any wrong information provided by members.

• Net Biz is working on referral base system with international companies and pay their members after receiving payments from them so if any company in future failed to pay to its members due to any reason then Net Biz jobs is not responsible for that.

• Franchise will not take responsibility of rejection of monthly report or termination of any account.

• In case of missing any entry in any column of your monthly report form, your report will be rejected. (e.g. Name, CNIC No., Membership Package, Franchise Name, Total Number of Ads etc)

• All banned websites are not allowed. Ads pasted on banned sites will not be accepted.

4. Refund policy:

Registration fees are not refundable in any circumstances. Since your registration will be utilized for Administration Expenses.

5. Rate plans:

At any point of time company can change the rate plans without any prior notice. Ads wrongly posted will be made only for the proper approved ads.

6. Payment cycle:

Every month payment will be made on 20th for previous month earnings and it should reach the minimum payment level 100$, set by the admin.

7. Notice:

Terms & condition can be changed as per company requirements at any time without any notice. Before starting work please clear all your doubts later on dispute related to above mentioned points will not be entertained.
